Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States and to most international locations. Available options and rates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs/VAT charged by the destination country.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days.
- Standard (U.S.): typically 3–7 business days
- Expedited: available at checkout
- International: typically 7–21 business days (varies by destination). Transit times may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days (U.S.) or 14 days (international), contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or refund according to carrier findings.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Items are eligible for return within
14 days of delivery. They must be
unused, unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within
3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Note: Final-sale items (marked “Final Sale”), gift cards, and intimate apparel are not eligible.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Returns are free when you use our prepaid return label. Repack the item, affix the label, and drop it off with the carrier. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?
Yes. With a gift receipt or order number, gifts can be returned for store credit at the item’s current selling price within 28 days of purchase.
